The project.
RECFEST 2024 EVENT STAND.
RecFest is an annual outdoor festival in the UK dedicated to the recruitment industry, bringing together HR professionals, recruiters, and industry experts for a day of learning, networking, and entertainment. The event features keynote speeches, workshops, panel discussions, live music, and food stalls, creating a dynamic atmosphere for attendees to connect and discuss the latest recruitment trends and innovations.
63 were tasked with designing and constructing an event stand for Reed Talent Solutions featuring a theme and activations that would draw people in. Our goal was to create an immersive and engaging experience that effectively communicated Reed’s innovative approach to talent acquisition and management, ensuring alignment with their forward-thinking ethos.

A GATEWAY TO NEW TALENT.
For RecFest 2024, our strategic approach focused on creating an engaging and immersive activation and event stand that resonated with the dynamic nature of talent acquisition and recruitment, emphasising Reed Talent Solutions’ innovative and forward-thinking ethos. We designed an airport-themed event stand featuring a flight lounge and simulator, along with comprehensive airport theming.
