As a flagship UK hotel and one of the largest conference hotels in Europe, The Hilton London Metropole has much to offer from the individual guest to up to 3,000 conference delegates. The hotel isn’t just a big box space though –the forward-thinking team are dedicated to the absolute highest standards of guest experience, but they have a strong focus on sustainable practices, local community engagement and nurturing of the talent of tomorrow.

The project.

Reality made virtual.

With 1,099 guest rooms, 34 meeting rooms and spaces of up to 1,299 sqm to offer for conference requirements with everything from planning to set up to production, the hotel can offer it all. So, to sell all of this requires something a bit special, which is where we came in: a key project has been to create a fully interactive digital presenter that can be used during a show round or viewed remotely that informs everything regarding the facilities and spaces available, what’s on offer, where it is and how it can cater for the requirement is essential. It’s become an essential tool for the Conference & Events team to assist with the sales process and convert enquiries into profitable business.

They look to us to realise their ambitions to constantly be creative in our thinking and delivery of innovative and informative tools and messaging to reflect the hotel’s offering and direction. In addition to innovative digital guides, we’ve worked with the hotel on a number of projects, including venue and signage design and production as well as the encapsulation and packaging of internal initiatives.
